Completed in 2003 by American Bridge, the Air Freight/Passenger Terminal Complex at Patrick Air Force Base included a 34,750 SF passenger terminal, a 14,905 SF administration building, and a 65,695 SF warehouse with classified storage and a weapons vault. The project featured secure airside facilities, CCTV monitoring, IDS, and GSA Class IV vault doors. It also included site improvements, a 125,000 SF aircraft apron, and demolition of existing structures. American Bridge and Gee & Jenson handled design, permitting, and inspections, while American Bridge self-performed key construction work for timely delivery.
