Completed in 2025 by Southland Contracting, the 84″ Cedar Crest Tunnel Project construction and scope of work includes 350 linear feet of tunneling, 260 linear feet of 72-inch and 360 linear feet of 84-inch steel water line pipe by open cut, 390 linear feet of 84-inch steel water line pipe by other means, 170 linear feet of 84-inch steel waterline drop pipe by vertical installation, and two 84-inch butterfly valve assemblies.
