Completed in 2001 by Southland Contracting, the 72″ Lake Chapman Water Supply Project consisted of installing approximately 4,600 total feet of 108-inch diameter tunnel, including a 1,040 crossing of Interstate 75, service road and existing building using conventional tunneling methods.
