Completed in 2009 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the 60-inch Southwest Pipeline Phase 2 project consisted of the construction of approximately 7,160 linear feet of 60-inch water transmission main, complete with valves, connections to existing pipelines, landscape, fencing and site restoration, traffic control and flagging service for work in the roadways.
