Completed in 2005 by Southland Contracting, the 42 Water Line Along Scenic Ridge Project consisted of installing approximately 1,426 linear feet of 42-inch water line, 82 linear feet of 36-inch water line, filled 173 linear feet of 60-inch tunnel with grout, and removed 94 linear feet of liner plate.
