Completed in 2021 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the 2013 Bond Fund Water & Sewer Replacement Package #4 Project consisted of the installation of approximately 42,000 linear feet of water distribution pipe ranging in size from 6-inch to 12-inch, and approximately 47,000 linear feet of gravity sewer pipe ranging in size from 6-inch to 27-inch, which was located in the central and eastern portions of the city. Additional work included reconstruction of Pine Bluff Road, between North Main Street and 20th Street NE.
