Completed in 2016 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Bachman and Elm Fork Water Treatment Plant Residuals Disposal Contract consisted of the removal and disposal of approximately 750,000 cubic yards of residuals from Sludge Ponds, A, B and C and the Lagoon 2 at Bachman WTP and Elm Fork WTP.
