Jim Falls Hydro-Electric Plant in Chippewa Falls was completed in 1998. This 48 megawatt plant is one of the largest producers of energy in the Midwest. The power house and spillway involved placing over 82,000 CY of concrete and placing 8 million lbs of reinforcement steel. We also self-performed all dewatering, construction of the bridge crane and the draft tube steel. This project was constructed in 22 months.
